A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a BA Tech Analyst
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ / Kennesaw, GA
As a BA Tech Analyst , you will:
BA Tech Analyst responsible for business and system requirements analysis, translating stakeholder needs into actionable specifications, and supporting solution design across complex initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience evaluating use cases, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications; domain knowledge in Commercial Credit Pricing, Spreading, Underwriting, or other Enterprise Credit areas.
Expert user of AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Copilot.
Significant experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to understand business needs, align diverse groups toward common goals, and clearly articulate problems and proposed solutions.
Collaborate with Enterprise Credit business and technology teams to elicit, define, and validate requirements that meet business needs.
Proactively manage, communicate, and elevate risks to support successful project implementation.
Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
