BACHELOR'S LEVEL PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION CLINICIAN
Pay: $25.00-$28.00/hour
Schedule/Location: Full Time, On-Site

Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offerFull TimeClinician opportunities forBachelor'sLevel Clinicians in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Worcester, MA.Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care.Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. The Partial Hospitalization (PHP) BA Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized psychoeducational and case management services within the PHP program. Participates in interdisciplinary treatmentplanning;and ensures that any services delivered are within the scope of training,experienceand general level of competence.

Essential Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison for children,parentsand MA level cliniciansregardingbehavior
Takes an active role in leading check-in, check-out,psychoeducationand lunch for all children in the program
Oversea that all proper recreational activities are taking place throughout the program
Canassistwith obtaining insurance authorizations and case management services
Monitors child and adolescent groups and quiet room and ensure client safety
Assistsinclean upof therapy spaces
Accepts supervision and attends regularly scheduled team or supervision meetings
Requires minimal supervisionregardinguse of time and ability to prioritize work assignments
Establishes andmaintainseffective working relationships within the agency,communityand referral sources
Oversea that all recreational supplies are ordered and continuously available for program use

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Social Workor related program, from an accredited college or University
Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families
Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills.Must have knowledge of community-based and state agencies with regard to behavioral health services.
Must be comfortable with afast pacework environment and handling clients in crisis
Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
Ability toestablishtrusting relationships through compassion,empathyand insight
Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
Good timemanagement skills necessary tomaintaintimelyrecord keeping
Candidate mustpossessappropriate citizenshipwork documentation
Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
