Job description
Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a Back of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time position at Soka University of America in Aliso Viejo, CA. Evening availability is preferred, and two to three years of culinary experience with high-volume production and scratch cooking are required.
You will supervise hourly staff, monitor inventory and costs, and enforce sanitation and safety standards while cooking from scratch with fresh, local ingredients.
