BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
We are hiring immediately for a full time BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
Location : Soka University of America - 1 University Drive, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule : Full time; Days and hours may vary. Evening availability is preferred. More details upon interview.
Requirement : Two to three years of culinary experience is required. Must have previous high-volume production and scratch-cooking experience.
Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to$26.50 per hour.

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
