Back of House Partner
Newk's Eatery is seeking a BOH (Back of House) Partner to help deliver exceptional food and service to every guest. You'll prepare quality products according to Newk's standards, support operational excellence, and help keep our kitchen running safely, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail.

Back of House Partner Job Responsibilities
Prep food products to support daily service needs
Store food properly according to food safety protocols
Prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Perform all station responsibilities according to Newk's standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence
Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment
Help protect brand standards by supporting operational/product cost awareness
