Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking a Back of House Training Shift Leader to lead kitchen shifts, coach Team Members, and help new hires learn to prepare food safely and consistently.

Full-time, 40+ hours per week
$17–$19 per hour, based on experience

Required Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in quick-service restaurants or a comparable setting
Experience training or coaching others
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
Basic computer skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Back of House shifts and provide clear direction, coaching, and support to Team Members.
Help coordinate new hire training and provide hands-on instruction in kitchen roles.
Observe training progress, give specific feedback, and communicate development needs to the leadership team.
Reinforce food safety, food quality, preparation, and sanitation standards throughout each shift.
Coach Team Members on kitchen procedures and consistent execution.
Delegate tasks and verify completion of daily and weekly kitchen checklists.
Coordinate breaks and Team Member placement to support a safe, efficient shift.
Communicate staffing, performance, and operational concerns to the leadership team.
Provide input on Team Member evaluations and address performance concerns in accordance with restaurant procedures.
Support a clean, organized kitchen and a positive training experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts; morning and day shifts
Work Location: In person, Atlanta, GA 30308
Commute/Relocation: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
