Job description
Back Office AdministratorThis position will work closely with office administrators and purchasing agent in daily tasks such as managing freight claims, returns, account set up, handling customer payments, billing of freight to customers, and other assigned tasks. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using computers and common office software programs Additional Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with back-office procedures Working Conditions: This position is an onsite position. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: Assist in annual returns, RMAs, and shipping back to vendors Initiate, follow thru and complete all freight claims with damaged goods Ability to fill in for persons while on vacation Assist in job account set up, tax credits, closing of business day paperwork, communicating with credit office and closing out of job accounts upon completion Use UPS and FEDEX invoices to bill customers to all incoming freight for material CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran Other Compensation: Profit Sharing
