Restaurant Back-Office & Operations CoordinatorThe Restaurant Back-Office & Operations Coordinator plays a central role in maintaining the reporting, documentation, and system integrity that support our multi-unit operations.This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on operational experience within a growing organization.This position is ideal for someone who:Takes pride in clean, accurate workNotices inconsistencies and follows throughIs comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheetsEnjoys building organized systemsWants to grow with a multi-unit organizationKey ResponsibilitiesStore Reporting & Data ManagementCompile and organize daily sales reports across multiple locationsMaintain performance tracking spreadsheets and dashboardsAudit store-level data for accuracy and follow up on discrepanciesPrepare structured weekly reporting summaries for leadershipBack-Office AdministrationMaintain digital filing systems (leases, permits, vendor documents)Track compliance deadlines and renewal calendarsProcess incoming mail and invoicesEnsure shared drives remain organized and currentOperational CoordinationUpdate task management systems with deadlines and prioritiesSupport leadership with reporting packets and documentationMaintain recurring process checklistsIdentify and recommend workflow and reporting improvements through the use of software, AI, and efficiency-enhancing tools while safeguarding sensitive company information.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, structured data)Exceptional attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities independentlySelf-starter who follows through and closes loopsPreferred ExperienceRestaurant or multi-unit operations exposurePOS system familiarityExperience with task management softwareReporting dashboard experienceWho Thrives in This RoleThis position is best suited for someone early in their career who wants real ownership and direct exposure to how a multi-unit restaurant platform operates behind the scenes.You'll work closely with leadership, gain insight into performance analytics and reporting strategy, and contribute to systems that support company-wide growth.
