Job description
GA-Intelligence is building a new People organization and seeks a Functional Group Manager for Backend Software Engineering. You will lead 20–40 engineers, shape career paths, and allocate talent across Solutions and Products teams.
You will partner with leadership on workforce planning, drive hiring efforts, and foster technical excellence through communities of practice and development initiatives. DoD-cleared environment experience is preferred.
