Job description
Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Production Team Lead in Lewisburg to guide backroom operations, manage donation intake, processing, sorting, and pricing, and ensure safety, quality, and compliant processing.
You will lead a team, train staff, monitor KPIs, safeguard donations, uphold donor experience, and coordinate movement from backroom to sales floor while maintaining cleanliness and compliance.
