Job description
Harri is seeking a Bagel Chef/General Manager for a PopUp Bagels concept in Burlington, VT. You will lead a scratch kitchen, manage the full shop operation, and train a growing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will drive culinary excellence, uphold DOH standards, and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment while mentoring future leaders and controlling costs. Reports to the president.
