Baker 1- #38 San Bernardino BaselineEl Super #38Job SummaryUnder the direct supervision of the Bakery Manager, the Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a high volume of bakery products in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. This position prepares ingredients and bakery items for production, ensures products are baked consistently to meet quality standards, and performs related preparation, cleaning, and sanitation duties as needed.Schedule RequirementsMust be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical and Work Environment RequirementsThe work environment is typical of a fast-paced grocery store. Essential functions of the position include physical activities such as lifting, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling, as well as meeting the visual and auditory requirements necessary to perform assigned duties.
