Baker PositionWe are looking for an experienced Baker to join our Production Team!Ideally, this candidate would be well versed in commercial baking and/or have some culinary skill set.Responsibilities of a Baker:Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen station.Preparing workstations for baking.Using and maintaining kitchen equipment.Checking the quality of the ingredients and upholding Brand Standards.Preparing baking ingredients using the necessary tools/resources.Baking various pastry products, including cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies and other desserts.Requirements:Open Availability PreferredPrior baking experience (professional or at home)Skilled in operating kitchen equipmentSkilled in various cooking techniquesKnow and follow sanitation proceduresShowcase teamwork and communication skillShowcase great organizational skillsAble to multitask and act quicklyBenefits:The Cake Bake Shop offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees who regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
