We're looking for an experienced, dependable Baker who shares our passion for quality, teamwork, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. This is NOT a seasonal position. We're looking for a long-term team member who can commit to approximately 35 hours per week. This position is NOT compatible with weekday daytime class schedules. Applicants must have open availability, weekends are required leading up to and during holiday seasons. All Bakers are cross-trained in every Back of House role, making this a great opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within our bakery.As a Baker, you'll play an essential role in creating the delicious cakes our guests know and love by:Baking cakes using proprietary recipes with precision and consistencyMeasuring, mixing, preparing, and baking products to the highest quality standardsOperating commercial mixers, ovens, and bakery equipment safelyMaintaining food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage standardsMonitoring inventory and assisting with production planningEnsuring every cake meets Nothing Bundt Cakes quality expectationsKeeping your workstation clean, organized, and ready for productionSupporting the team wherever needed in our Back of House operationsWe're Looking For Someone Who...
