Baker Position at Dunkin'We are looking for bakers to join our Dunkin' team! You'll work independently during overnight/early morning hours to craft high-quality baked goods with care, consistency, and pride. Depending on availability, you may also be responsible for opening the store in a timely manner.If you thrive in a quiet, fast-paced kitchen environment and take satisfaction in starting someone's day off right, this is the opportunity for you! Overall, crew members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment.Work hours for this position can range from 2am to 10am, locations may differResponsibilities:Work well and interact with others respectfullyRespond positively to coaching and feedbackCommunicate with team membersPrepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels in a timely mannerAble to learn and execute multiple tasksOperational Excellence:Follow brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable lawsMaintain clean and neat work environmentPrepare and deliver all products according to brand standardsSkills and QualificationsFluent in EnglishBasic computer skillsCapable of counting money and making changeAble to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shiftComfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environmentPride in your work and commitment to qualityAble to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required)
