From chocolate chip cookies to banana cream pie, you'll take pride in your craft while working as part of a team that values hard work, collaboration, and attention to detail.What You'll DoPrepare bakery items according to Perkins standards and specifications with consistency and care.Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases using effective merchandising techniques.Support the team by assisting with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house and bakery environment.Perform additional duties as assigned.How You'll ThriveTake initiative and look for ways to improve in your daily work.Put the team first, stay open to feedback, and lead with respect.Communicate thoughtfully and navigate situations with good judgment.What You'll NeedNo experience is required.
