This is an overnight position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position. The baker is also responsible for maintaining all areas of production including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the bakery cases. All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained.We are seeking someone with the following qualities:ResponsibleExtremely punctualSelf-motivatorClean and OrganizedThe physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.Able to operate restaurant equipmentWork well and interacts with others respectfullyRespond positively to coaching and feedbackCommunicate with team membersAble to learn and execute multiple tasksFollow brand standards, recipes and systemsFollow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable lawsMaintain clean and neat work environmentBeing resilient under pressureHours: Generally overnight 8pm - 5am.
