Baker - St. Charles, IL AreaNow Hiring: Baker Location: St. Charles, IL Area Schedule: Monday through FridayWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Baker to join our team in the St. Charles area.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake a variety of products according to recipes and quality standardsMeasure and mix ingredients accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all food safety, sanitation, and storage proceduresMonitor product quality and consistency throughout the baking processAssist with inventory and ingredient management as neededQualificationsPrevious baking or related food production experience preferredKnowledge of baking methods, food preparation, and quality standardsUnderstanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handlingAbility to obtain required food safety certification(s)Basic math and counting skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesDependable with a positive work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, bend, push, and pull as neededAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsMust be comfortable wearing required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Schedule OptionsMonday - FridaySaturday & SundayInterested candidates are encouraged to apply today.
