Contract BakerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Responsibilities:Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cookies, and cakesFollow recipes and ensure consistency and quality of baked itemsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceAdhere to food safety and sanitation guidelinesMonitor inventory and order supplies as neededCollaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu itemsSkills and Qualifications:Knowledge of baking techniques and methodsAbility to operate baking equipment and toolsStrong attention to detail and creativityExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededGood communication and teamwork skills
