Key Responsibilities
Provide customers with service that exceeds expectations while being sensitive to individual needs.
Create a memorable connection and commit to making each guest’s experience the best.
Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and an uplifting work atmosphere for both employees and customers.
Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Work hard and enjoy a fun work environment.
Cross‑Training
Store associates are expected to cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher.
Fast‑food or retail experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
Ability to enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability preferred.
Must be at least 17 years of age to apply.
Physical Requirements
This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves continuous standing and walking with repetitive hand motions and overhead reaching. Workers may be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers. Duties and responsibilities may change or be added at any time with or without notice.
