Job description
Panera LLC in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a General Manager to lead a bakery-cafe team, own operations, and drive guest satisfaction with Panera warmth.
You’ll hire, onboard, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling, staffing needs, costs, and inventory, ensure food safety, and create an environment where guests feel welcome—this role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it).
