Job description
Panera LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing bakery-cafe team and drive the business forward. You will own all operational aspects, including staffing, scheduling, development, performance management, training and succession planning to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
You will hire, onboard and develop team members, motivate the team, and maintain brand standards while controlling costs and inventory.
