Job description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Manager, Bakery- Continuous Improvement to lead Lean Transformation strategies at the Van Nuys, CA bakery. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, safety, and cost reduction while shaping a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
You will coach teams, run Kaizen events, and deliver training to sustain improvements, with a first shift of 6:00 AM–3:00 PM and a salary range of $70,000–$100,000.
