The First Couture Doughnut & Beignet PatisserieOur doughnuts are 100% made from scratch daily, hand cut & decorated by the best pastry artists in the city. Saint Honoré is a locally, women-owned, couture dough shop that features brioche doughnuts & seasonal flavors using the highest quality ingredients. Our beignets are also 100% made from scratch daily using our in house secret recipe. They are offered french quarter style tossed in powdered sugar, nutella filled or churro style. Other offerings include our sour cream cake doughnut, vegan doughnuts, gluten free doughnuts, and our DoughSaint, Croissant Doughnut.Serving Intellegentsia Coffee, our coffee menu includes several lattes, espresso & our most popular Saint Honoré Iced Latte. Other drink options include tea lattes & our handcrafted milkshakes!Responsibilities:Prepare and execute production daily and manage productivityEducate and train all team members in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulationsCheck the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are metPerform all duties of kitchen employees as necessaryAchieve and maintain company and brand standards for quality and guest satisfactionEnsure security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment and replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing wasteQualifications:ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification, or willingness to obtainMust have advanced knowledge of food service regulationsMust be organized, skilled with time management, and efficient in hot and cold line productionMust be able to stand for 8+ hours per shift in an environment with extreme temperaturesSkilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the positionAble to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
