Job description
Hy-Vee in Pella, IA is seeking a Bakery Department Manager to lead the bakery team, set service and quality standards, and drive department profitability. You’ll recruit, train, and supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safe, fresh products for customers.
You’ll work with store leadership to meet sales goals, manage inventory and displays, and maintain sanitation and dress code standards in a fast-paced bakery environment.
