Job description
Panera Bread is seeking a General Manager to lead the neighborhood bakery-cafe team, oversee operations, and drive toward sweet success. You will own staffing, scheduling, performance management, and development, while ensuring top-quality food, service, and a warm Panera experience for guests.
You will hire and train team members, motivate the team, and enforce company standards and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
