Job description
Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant performance, including financial results and guest experience.
You will drive profitability, manage labor and inventory, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3+ years in customer service with at least 1 year in management, a strong grasp of P&L, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
