Job description

Insomniacookies is seeking an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager to lead daily bakery operations at our Des Moines location. This role blends hands-on execution with talent development and team leadership, acting as an extension of the BOM and stepping in to own bakery operations when needed.

The ABOM will drive urgency, accountability, and operational discipline while building leadership skills for future BOM roles.
