Job description
Insomnia Cookies in Rochester, NY is seeking an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager to help run a busy bakery with energy and a customer-first mindset. You will work alongside the Bakery Operations Manager to train staff, manage inventory, and ensure quality and speed.
You’ll lead shifts, coach shift leaders and crew, assist with recruiting, scheduling, and labor management, and step in when needed to keep the bakery operating smoothly.
