Bakery Production OperatorChoice Bakery is currently hiring a Full-Time Production Operator to join our growing team. If you're dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you!Schedule:Monday through Thursday.6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.Why Join Our Team?Small, supportive production team.Friendly, relaxed work environment.Consistent full-time schedule with three-day weekends.Opportunity to grow your skills in food manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor food production and packaging equipment.Ensure products are produced efficiently while meeting quality standards.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.Monitor production lines and quickly address product buildup, equipment jams, or workflow interruptions.Assist with routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus.Understanding of food safety and handling practices preferred.Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.Compensation: Pay is based on experience.Join Club's Choice Fundraising Bakery and become part of a team dedicated to producing quality products in a positive and supportive workplace.
