Tatte Bakery Production Team MemberOur Bakery Production team helps bring Tatte's pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts to life through craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail. We bake everything from scratch using high quality ingredients and are looking for team members who are passionate about pastry, thrive in fast paced production environments, and take pride in their work.Bakery Production Team Members support all aspects of the bakery production process, including preparing ingredients, scaling recipes, shaping doughs, building desserts, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.Key ResponsibilitiesWe expect our Bakery Production team members to:Work collaboratively and support the team wherever neededBring passion, attention to detail, and pride to every task completedMaintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and organizationLive Tatte's core values and help support our missionHave flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidaysPrior bakery production experience is helpful, but we are open to training motivated candidates who are excited to learn and grow within our bakery program.Summary of Bakery Production Team Members' Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production needsScale recipes and ingredients accurately for productionSheet, shape, and prepare doughs in a production kitchen environmentBuild composed desserts and pastriesPrepare housemade jams, fillings, mousses, and other bakery componentsFinish, top, and decorate pastries and dessertsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with FDA guidelinesSupport kitchen organization and product quality standardsPerform additional production and kitchen responsibilities as neededOther related assignments as necessaryEssential Functions / Working ConditionsAbility to work in a fast paced production kitchen environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, manipulate, and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and work on feet for extended periods of timeFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including at least one weekend shiftOur Benefits & PerksCompetitive Pay: $19.00–$23.15/hour, depending on experienceFree employee assistance program servicesGenerous team member discountHealth, dental, and vision insurance for full time team members401(k) with company matchConsistent schedulingHands on training and opportunities for growth and development within our bakery programJoin us on our journey to create something special!Please note that Tatte is an E-Verify employer.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
