Job description
Kolache Factory is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a high-volume bakery, starting as early as 3:00 AM. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage production, and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly service and high-quality kolaches.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of management in retail, restaurant, bakery, or related fields; strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; and a passion for quality food.
