Job description
Kolache Factory is seeking an energetic Store Manager to oversee daily bakery operations and lead a busy team. This high-volume role requires a hands-on leader who can stay organized, make quick decisions, and motivate staff, including early 3:00 AM starts.
You will manage scheduling, training, production, customer service, inventory, payroll, and store standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
