Bakery Utility & Prep AssociateCo-Dough is looking for a reliable, hardworking Bakery Utility & Prep Associate to help keep our bakery clean, stocked, organized, and ready for production each day.This is a hands-on, physical position that combines bakery prep, inventory, stocking, cleaning, and general support. A major responsibility of this role is making sure the bakery is fully cleaned, organized, and reset at the end of the day so the next day's team is ready to go.ResponsibilitiesComplete end-of-day cleaning and bakery resetWash dishes, equipment, sheet pans, bins, and utensilsSweep, mop, take out trash, and break down cardboardClean and organize production areas, storage areas, coolers, and backstockTake inventory and accurately record daily countsNotify management when ingredients, packaging, beverages, or supplies are running lowReceive, check, organize, and put away deliveriesRotate inventory using FIFO and check expiration datesRestock ingredients, packaging, and suppliesAssist with basic bakery and ingredient prepWeigh and organize ingredients as neededMove and organize flour, sugar, oil, boxes, and other bulk suppliesAssist the production team with general support tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForReliable and punctualExtremely organized and detail-orientedComfortable working independentlyAble to follow cleaning and inventory systems consistentlyComfortable with a physically demanding job and regularly lifting up to 50 lbsWilling to jump in wherever neededPrevious bakery, restaurant, warehouse, prep, stocking, or cleaning experience is a plusYou will be moving throughout your shift, lifting, stocking, cleaning, organizing, and helping prepare the bakery for the following day.
