At our brand-new Oak Creek, WI bakery, we’re building a culture of total employee engagement and a Zero Loss Mindset—where every idea matters and excellence is the daily standard.A Day (and Night) in This RoleOn our 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–7:00 am), you’ll lead the value stream across two high-speed lines, guiding a team of 58–62 associates. Your shift kicks off with a safety and quality huddle, aligning with partners in Quality Assurance, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance.
