Baler OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Baler Operator workers for a recycling and materials recovery company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you'll support the maintenance team, help keep equipment and systems clean and efficient, and assist with baling recyclable commodities. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working as part of a team, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Operate baling equipment to process recyclable commoditiesAssist maintenance personnel with equipment and facility upkeepClean and maintain the MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) systemMonitor equipment and report maintenance concerns as neededFollow safety procedures while working in a warehouse/industrial environmentSupport daily operations and maintain a clean work areaPrevious maintenance, equipment operation, or warehouse experience preferredAbility to work safely around industrial equipmentAbility to perform physical tasks and stand throughout the shiftAbility to lift, bend, and work in an active warehouse environmentStrong attention to safety and workplace cleanlinessReliable transportation to Alexandria, MNAbility to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicableEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
