Operations AssistantJoin Our Team as an Operations Assistant in New York, NYAre you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service? We're seeking a dynamic Operations Assistant to support our busy operations team and ensure seamless execution of client transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our client servicing efforts, bridging front-line support and back-office operations.What You'll Do:Assist the Client Services team in processing a variety of transactions including domestic and international payments, account maintenance, time deposits, loan drawdowns, and trade finance operations such as SBLCs.Serve as a key liaison between clients, front-office staff, and the operations team to guarantee timely and precise transaction execution.Conduct validation checks on client requests and documentation to ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.Draft, review, and send client communications, including SWIFT messages and emails, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.Monitor transaction statuses proactively, following up on pending items to ensure smooth processing.Maintain and update detailed client records and transaction logs in accordance with company procedures.Collaborate closely with our Head Office in Brazil on cross-border requests and client transactions.Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, delivering exceptional service with professionalism.Support audit and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance client experience, and improve operational efficiencies.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, International Relations, or a related field.Familiarity with financial products such as wire transfers, time deposits, commercial loans, and SBLCs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric attitude.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—Excel, Outlook, and Word.Fluency in English is essential; Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.Why Join Us?Competitive annual salary of $62,400, commensurate with experience.Opportunity to work at a leading firm with a global footprint, offering excellent career growth prospects.Be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, professionalism, and continuous learning.Gain exposure to international banking operations and develop your expertise in financial services.Elevate your career by contributing to a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills make a tangible difference.
