Job Summary
Supports the Finance Department by performing critical administrative and accounting functions that uphold the integrity of our financial operations and drive team efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily verification of cash and credit card settlements
Prepare journal entries to the general ledger
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Investigate and resolve reconciling items
Field inquiries from locations
Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental goals and venue operations.
Help location with Auditor request (Bank statements, Bank Rec's, etc.)
Inform locations about daily discrepancies between Bank Settlements and Sales (MSR) via the Discrepancy App (Reconart).
