Bank TellerFMB Grand Point Branch, Breaux Bridge, LARetail BankerLocation: Grand Point Branch, Breaux Bridge, LAEmployment Type: Full-TimeJoin Our TeamWe are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Retail Banker to join our team. As the face of the bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers while supporting a variety of deposits, withdrawal, and account servicing transactions.The ideal candidate is committed to building strong customer relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring operational excellence within the branch.What You'll DoAs a Retail Banker, you will:Process daily transactions and operational tasks to support branch efficiency and accuracy.Balance and maintain ATM, cash dispenser/recycler, and vault operations assigned.Assist customers with account and card services, including:Debit card issuance and replacementPIN resetsDispute intakeStop paymentsAddress changesCheck ordersOther account maintenance requestsSupport customers with online and mobile banking services, including login assistance, password resets, and troubleshooting.Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs, resolving issues, and connecting customers with the appropriate banking specialists when needed.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures.Mentor and support new team members through leadership, training, and collaboration.Contribute to a positive branch culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.Perform additional duties assigned by Branch Leadership.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of Retail Banker experienceCash handling experienceCustomer service experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred QualitiesAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving skills and initiativeAbility to work effectively in a team environmentCommitment to providing outstanding customer experienceWorking ConditionsPrimarily an office environment with occasional outdoor activity.Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required based on business needs.Physical RequirementsRegularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate verbally.Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.Must possess close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.Why Join Us?At our bank, we believe exceptional customer service starts with exceptional employees.
