We represent a wide range of financial institutions and prominent businesses on sophisticated transactions on a national scale.
Responsibilities
The Banking & Financial Services Practice Group seeks to hire an Attorney (Rochester) to handle secured financial transactions, to draft and negotiate transaction documents (i.e., loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements) and to collect and review due diligence (i.e., title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, leases).
