Job description
Jobot on Long Island seeks a bankruptcy associate with 2+ years of bankruptcy experience and NY admission to handle a real caseload from day one at a 25-person debt-relief firm.
You will draft petitions, participate in 341 meetings, respond to motions, and appear in court. Depending on strength, you may work on contested matters and foreclosure filings, gaining exposure to bankruptcy, negotiation, and litigation.
