Selzer Gurvitch Rabin Wertheimer & Polott, P.C. seeks an experienced Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Partner to establish and lead a dedicated insolvency practice within our established Maryland firm.
The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business and the ability to build client relationships, systems, and revenue. You will represent secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, and trustees in Chapter 7 and 11 cases, advise on out-of-court workouts, and collaborate with our Corporate,
