Job description
ADP, Inc. in Watson, Denham Springs, LA is seeking a Bankruptcy and Legal Specialist to manage bankruptcy files and related communications. The role involves reviewing delinquent loan cases, coordinating with Trustees, Attorneys, and Members, and ensuring timely legal activities from filing proofs of claims to settlements.
You will support recovery efforts for charged-off accounts and maintain compliance with FDCPA and internal policies while upholding the Credit Union values.
