A South Florida consumer bankruptcy practice is hiring multiple paralegals to prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. This is a high-volume production role focused on preparing cases. A separate team gathers and organizes client documents before files are assigned.
What you'll do
* Prepare schedules, statements, means tests, and amendments.
* Work through assigned consumer bankruptcy files with speed and accuracy.
* Coordinate with attorneys when information needs clarification.
What we're looking for
* Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filing experience is required.
* Strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage a fast pace.
* Candidates with related paralegal experience who can learn quickly will also be considered.
* Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus.
