Job Description Job Description A luxury coastal hotel in Santa Cruz is seeking a Banquet Chef to oversee all aspects of event culinary operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this role leads the preparation, execution, and quality control of high-volume banquet service for weddings, corporate retreats, galas, and private dining.

What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years of Banquet Chef or high-volume culinary management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end catering facility.
Demonstrated history managing large-scale events (200+ guests) in fast-paced environments.
Culinary arts degree or equivalent hands-on experience; active ServSafe Manager certification.
Working knowledge of food cost calculation, inventory control software, and dietary safety protocols.
Professional communication skills required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
