Job description
As a Banquet Cook III at Marriott in Food & Beverage Operations, you will prepare and execute high-volume banquet menus for meetings, events, and celebrations. You’ll follow standardized recipes, ensure consistent food quality, and maintain proper portioning and presentation. Working closely with the culinary team, you’ll support banquet event timelines, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and help train junior staff.
