Job description
Regent Santa Monica Beach is seeking a Banquet Chef to oversee the main kitchen, banquet operations, butcher, and garde manger. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead a culinary team to ensure top-quality, safe, and efficient production for events and daily service.
You will supervise the banquet kitchen, train staff, plan menus, and maintain strict sanitation standards. Applicants should have 3+ years in luxury F&B supervision, culinary credentials, and readiness to relocate if needed,
