Job description
Marriott is seeking a skilled Banquet Kitchen Cook III to support high-volume events in our hotel kitchens. In this role, you will prepare hot and cold banquet dishes to exacting brand standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and attractive presentation for buffets and plated functions. You’ll set up and break down stations, follow recipes and banquet event orders, and maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices. Working closely with chefs and banquet teams, you’ll manage timing under pressure, operate kitchen equipment safely, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
