Job description
National Western in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Lead of Banquet Operations to manage banquet/event staff and oversee setup/breakdown for The Legacy and Stock Show events. You will lead teams, ensure precise room configurations, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout long event days.
The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work outdoors/indoors in all weather. On-site work with extended shifts is expected during major events, with competitive benefits.
