We're looking for a Banquet Set-Up Attendant to help create the foundation for these legendary experiences. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for service, and a backstage work ethic - this is your cue.
Your Mission
As a Banquet Set-Up Attendant, you'll be responsible for preparing event spaces according to detailed specifications, ensuring every table, chair, and setting is perfectly in place for the show to begin. Your work sets the tone for flawless events - and your efficiency keeps the rhythm going behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
Set up and break down banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, staging, and A/V as needed
Follow event diagrams, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and timelines precisely
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free function spaces at all times
Communicate with Banquet Captains and fellow team members to ensure readiness
Assist with room refreshes, transitions, and quick turnarounds between events
Handle equipment and furnishings with care and attention to safety
You're a Rockstar If You...
Have previous experience in event or banquet setup (luxury hotel or venue preferred)
Are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to exceeding expectations
Can lift up to 50 lbs, move quickly, and stay on your feet for extended periods
Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a positive attitude
Communicate clearly and work well as part of a high-performing team
Are flexible with scheduling - including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
